Below, you'll find our Price Match Guarantee policy:
- The product must be like for like. Sometimes we need to verify the identification number (SKU; EAN; etc) if we need to make sure the product is the same
- The price must be the total price, that includes any shipping costs and taxes that may be charged by the comparison site
- The item must be in stock on the competitors website
- We don't match promotions such as rebates, clearance items or buy one - get one free are ineligible.
Pricing accuracy - We reserve the right to decline price matches where:
- The price is due to errors, incorrect listings, or delayed updates on the competitor’s website
- The price does not reflect current market or supplier pricing.
